Born 1940 – Head of the Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Clinic in Bergen (Norway), member of 25 scientific societies, including Coll. ORL Amicitiae Sacrum, Roy. Soc. Med., Laryng. Cancer Ass., Amer. Soc. Clin. Oncol. President of the Scandinavian Head and Neck Oncology Society, and member of committees of numerous prestigious journals (e.g., Acta Otolaryngol., J. Otol., Acta Oncol.). Author of 205 original papers and 8 textbook chapters. For several years, he has collaborated with the Otolaryngology Clinic of the Medical University of Poznań, accepting fellowships from the Clinic’s faculty, participating in national meetings and symposia, and inviting Polish colleagues to lecture.
