Since 1984, he has been associated with the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź, where he organized the Independent Otolaryngology and Audiology Laboratory. He specializes in otolaryngology, audiology, and phoniatrics. From 1998 to 1999, he was the National Specialist in Occupational Medicine and founded the Polish School of Industrial Laryngology. For many years, he has chaired the Audiology Section and organized annual audiology symposia with the participation of foreign lecturers. Member of EF AS, CORLAS, and ICOH.
