From 1987 to 2002, he headed the Otolaryngology Clinic at the Military Medical Academy, and from 2002 to 2003, he headed the Otolaryngology and Phono-Audiological Rehabilitation Clinic at the Department of Otolaryngology at the newly established Medical University of Lodz. Chief otolaryngologist of the Military Health Service (1990-1999). Organizer of three military otolaryngology congresses with the participation of foreign lecturers. Since 1983, he has been involved in the work of the Łódź Branch of the PTOL Ch G i Sz. Co-organizer and member of the scientific committees of numerous ENT congresses and conferences.
