Head of the Otolaryngology Clinic at the Wrocław Medical University from 1975 to 1991. From 1970 to 1980, he directed the Institute of Diseases of the Nervous System and Sensory Organs. The motion was passed at the General Meeting of PTOL Delegates in Warsaw on May 30, 1986, at the request of Prof. Stanisław Kossowski.From 1972 to 1978, he served as Rector of the Wrocław Medical University. He was Chairman of the PTOL Main Board and organized one of our Society’s congresses. Founder and Chairman of the PTOL Oncology Section. A recognized authority in Polish otolaryngology, he made particularly significant contributions to head and neck oncology. Author of an otolaryngology textbook for students.
