The motion was passed at the General Meeting of Delegates of the Polish Society of Orthopaedic and Laryngeal Ophthalmologists (PTOL) in Warsaw on May 30, 1986, at the request of Prof. Stanisław Iwankiewicz.
Head of the Otolaryngology Clinic at the Medical University of Lublin, and Rector of that university from 1972 to 1981. Founder of the modern Lublin school of otolaryngology. A distinguished member of the Polish Society of Orthopaedic and Laryngeal Ophthalmologists (PTOL) as chairman of the PTOL Main Board and organizer of one of our Society’s meetings.
