For many years, he was the head of the Otolaryngology Department at the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Radom, involved in the training of otolaryngologists (26 specialists), a provincial specialist in otolaryngology in the former Radom Voivodeship, a long-time vice president of the Polish Association of the Deaf in Radom, and an organizer of rehabilitation clinics for children with hearing loss. He actively participates in otolaryngology conferences. Recommended by the Masovian Branch.
