Boles\u0142aw Semczuk"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Year of granting: 1986<br>The motion was passed at the General Meeting of Delegates of the Polish Society of Orthopaedic and Laryngeal Ophthalmologists (PTOL) in Warsaw on May 30, 1986, at the request of Prof. Stanis\u0142aw Iwankiewicz.<br>Head of the Otolaryngology Clinic at the Medical University of Lublin, and Rector of that university from 1972 to 1981. Founder of the modern Lublin school of otolaryngology.
